Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Magazine Bundling Operative to join our fast-paced, end-of-line team in Macon, GA. This role is crucial for ensuring that magazines are correctly bundled, packed, and prepared for shipment, meeting strict quality and production standards. The ideal candidate thrives in a high-volume environment, possesses excellent manual dexterity, and has a strong commitment to accuracy and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate bundling and packaging machinery efficiently and safely.
  • Monitor production line to identify and resolve minor issues or blockages.
  • Inspect magazines for quality defects before bundling and packaging.
  • Ensure accurate counting and grouping of magazines according to specifications.
  • Load and unload materials from the production line.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily production targets.

Required Skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.
  • Capable of standing for extended periods and lifting up to 25 lbs regularly.
  • Basic understanding of warehouse safety procedures.
  • Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
