Job Description
PNC Bank is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Bank Associate with a keen interest in sustainable finance to join our team in New Port Richey, FL. This role offers an unique opportunity to be at the intersection of traditional banking services and the growing field of environmental and social impact. You will provide excellent customer service, assist clients with their financial needs, and contribute to our sustainable banking goals by educating clients on relevant products and services. Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive banking services to customers, including account opening, transactions, and problem resolution.
- Actively learn about and articulate PNC's sustainable banking products and services, such as green loans, impact investing options, and sustainable business solutions.
- Identify customer needs and cross-sell appropriate banking products and services, with a focus on sustainable options where applicable.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently, adhering to all banking regulations and internal policies.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
- Collaborate with branch management and other team members to achieve branch goals and foster a sustainable culture.
- Participate in community outreach and sustainable initiatives sponsored by PNC.
- Stay informed about industry trends in sustainable finance and banking.
