Key Responsibilities
- Process client transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer and adhere to all security procedures and banking regulations.
- Identify client needs and refer them to appropriate banking products and services, such as new accounts, loans, or investments.
- Provide friendly, professional, and personalized service to all clients, resolving inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Educate clients on various banking technologies and self-service options.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals and enhance the overall client experience.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
