Job Description
Are you passionate about Apple products and an expert in all things iOS, macOS, and related accessories? Currys is seeking a highly motivated Remote Apple Product Specialist to provide unparalleled support and guidance to our customers. In this fully remote role, you will be the go-to expert for product inquiries, troubleshooting, and advice on the latest Apple innovations. Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary remote expert for all Apple product inquiries, including iPhones, iPads, Macs, Apple Watches, and accessories.
- Provide in-depth product knowledge, demonstrations, and comparisons to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Apple hardware and software through remote support channels (phone, chat, email).
- Educate customers on product features, setup, usage, and best practices for optimal performance.
- Stay continuously updated on new Apple product releases, software updates, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed customer satisfaction targets and service level agreements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex issues and provide feedback on common customer concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions using CRM software.
Required Skills
- Minimum of 3 years experience providing customer support or sales for Apple products.
- Profound knowledge of the entire Apple ecosystem, including iOS, macOS, watchOS, and related services (iCloud, Apple Music, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and concisely.
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities for hardware and software issues.
- Demonstrated passion for technology and a commitment to continuous learning about Apple innovations.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
- Customer-centric mindset with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service.
Preferred Qualifications
- Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or equivalent certification.
- Experience with remote diagnostic tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
- Previous experience in a retail or e-commerce tech sales role.
- Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
