Job Description

Cole’s Salon is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Acrylic Nail Apprentice to join our thriving team in Bloomington, MN. Key Responsibilities
- Shadow and assist senior nail technicians in all aspects of acrylic nail services, including preparation, application, and finishing.
- Participate actively in all training sessions and workshops focused on acrylic sculpting techniques, product knowledge, and client consultation.
- Practice and refine acrylic application and sculpting skills on models and practice hands under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with salon and state board regulations.
- Prepare clients for services, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction throughout their visit.
- Assist with inventory management, product stocking, and general salon upkeep.
- Provide excellent customer service, building rapport with clients and supporting their overall salon experience.
- Learn and adhere to all salon policies, procedures, and safety protocols.
