Job Description

You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional support and resolving inquiries in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior staff when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and resolutions accurately in the system.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through friendly and efficient service.
- Adhere to company procedures, policies, and quality standards.
Required Skills

- Basic computer proficiency and ability to navigate multiple systems.
