Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and highly professional Limousine Captain – Senior Driver to join our distinguished transportation team. This senior role is critical to delivering exceptional guest experiences, ensuring safe, timely, and comfortable transport for our VIPs, corporate clients, and resort guests. The Limousine Captain will not only execute flawless driving services but also lead by example, mentoring junior drivers, maintaining the pristine condition of our luxury fleet, and upholding the highest standards of discretion and customer service. Key Responsibilities
- Operate luxury vehicles, including limousines and executive sedans, safely and efficiently for guest transportation.
- Provide superior customer service, assisting guests with luggage, offering local insights, and anticipating needs.
- Maintain immaculate cleanliness and operational readiness of all assigned vehicles before and after each trip.
- Adhere strictly to all traffic laws, resort policies, and safety regulations.
- Manage scheduling and dispatching of luxury vehicles, optimizing routes for efficiency and punctuality.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections, reporting any maintenance issues promptly.
- Train and mentor new drivers, ensuring adherence to resort standards and service protocols.
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve minor issues professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate trip logs, mileage records, and expense reports.
- Represent the resort with the utmost professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
Required Skills
- Valid California Class B or C driver's license with passenger endorsement (if applicable to vehicle size), and a clean driving record.
- Minimum of 7 years of professional luxury chauffeur or limousine driving experience.
- Exceptional knowledge of the Southern California road network, particularly Orange County and surrounding areas.
- Proven track record of providing outstanding customer service in a high-end environment.
- Impeccable communication and interpersonal skills, with a professional and discrete demeanor.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience as a senior driver or team lead in a luxury hotel or private transportation service.
- Familiarity with luxury vehicle maintenance and minor troubleshooting.
- Certification in defensive driving or advanced chauffeur training.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus.
