Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Apple Professional to join our remote team. This is a high-demand role for an individual with deep expertise in Apple products, macOS, and iOS ecosystems. You will provide critical support, troubleshooting, and system administration for our clients’ Apple environments, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction. This role requires exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and the capacity to work independently in a fully remote setting across the USA. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for macOS, iOS, and related Apple hardware and software issues.
  • Perform system administration tasks, including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Apple devices using MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune, Apple Business Manager).
  • Resolve complex user issues efficiently, escalating as necessary to ensure timely resolution.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Apple device security, compliance, and data management.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for support procedures, configurations, and knowledge base articles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Apple solutions into existing IT infrastructure.
  • Stay current with the latest Apple technologies, operating system updates, and industry trends.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support to a diverse client base across various industries.

Required Skills

  • Minimum 4 years of professional experience supporting Apple products in an enterprise environment.
  • Extensive knowledge of macOS and iOS operating systems, including advanced troubleshooting techniques.
  • Proficiency with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms (e.g., Jamf Pro, Mosyle, Kandji).
  • Strong understanding of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Apple School Manager (ASM).
  • Experience with Active Directory and Azure AD integration for Apple devices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues independently.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) or Apple Certified Macintosh Technician (ACMT) certification.
  • Experience with scripting (e.g., Bash, Python) for automation of Apple device management tasks.
  • Familiarity with networking concepts as they relate to Apple environments (DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi).
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
