Job Description
The Leeds Marriott Hotel is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Breakfast Crew Member to join our dedicated culinary team. This part-time role operates during the crucial morning hours of 5am-10am, ensuring our guests start their day with a delightful breakfast experience. If you are an early riser with a passion for hospitality and a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you to contribute to our guests’ satisfaction while enjoying your afternoons free. You will be instrumental in setting up, maintaining, and clearing the breakfast buffet, assisting guests, and ensuring our dining area is spotless and welcoming. This is an on-site position located in Chapel Allerton, Leeds.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up the breakfast buffet before guests arrive, ensuring all items are fresh, appealing, and replenished.
- Greet guests warmly and assist them with any breakfast-related inquiries or special requests.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the breakfast area, including tables, chairs, and serving stations.
- Monitor food levels and temperatures to ensure quality and compliance with health and safety standards.
- Clear tables efficiently and promptly, and assist with dishwashing as needed.
- Support the kitchen team with basic food preparation tasks when required.
- Ensure all closing procedures are followed, leaving the breakfast area immaculate for the next service.
