Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and energetic Part-time End of Lease Cleaners to join our dedicated team, specifically for weekend shifts. This role is crucial in ensuring properties are immaculately clean and ready for new tenants after an end-of-lease period. The work is physically demanding and requires a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines. Key Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of residential properties, including kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and bedrooms.
- Clean and sanitize all surfaces, appliances, fixtures, and fittings to a professional standard.
- Remove cobwebs, dust, and debris from all areas, including high and hard-to-reach spots.
- Vacuum carpets and rugs thoroughly; mop and disinfect hard floors.
- Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces without streaks.
- Dispose of all waste and recycling appropriately.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and use cleaning chemicals responsibly.
- Manage time effectively to complete assigned tasks within specified timeframes.
- Communicate any issues or damage found in properties to the supervisor promptly.
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and attention to detail to ensure client satisfaction.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including standing, bending, lifting, and repetitive motions for extended periods.
- Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to cleaning.
- Reliability and punctuality, especially for weekend shifts.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a small team.
