Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented WFH Concentrix Logistics Clerk to join our remote team, focusing on global supply chain operations for one of our esteemed clients. In this 100% remote role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and information across complex international logistics networks. This position requires meticulous data management, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for processing orders, tracking shipments, resolving logistical discrepancies, and maintaining accurate records to support efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and verify shipping and receiving documentation, including bills of lading, packing lists, and customs forms.
  • Monitor and track domestic and international shipments, providing real-time status updates to stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to resolve logistics-related issues and delays.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our logistics management systems and databases.
  • Prepare reports on shipment statuses, inventory levels, and logistical performance.
  • Assist in the coordination of freight forwarding activities and optimize shipping routes.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.
  • Support inventory management tasks, including stock reconciliation and order fulfillment.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding shipment status, delivery schedules, and product availability.
