Job Description

The Cheesecake Factory is seeking discreet and observant individuals to join our team as Restaurant Mystery Guests. This unique opportunity allows you to enjoy meals at our locations, evaluate the entire dining experience from a customer’s perspective, and get paid for your valuable insights. Your role is crucial in helping us maintain our high standards of food quality, service excellence, and overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit assigned Cheesecake Factory locations anonymously as a regular customer.
- Objectively evaluate various aspects of the dining experience, including cleanliness, ambiance, service speed, staff attentiveness, food presentation, and taste.
- Interact with staff naturally without revealing your identity as a mystery guest.
- Complete detailed and comprehensive online reports within a specified timeframe after each visit.
- Provide specific examples and constructive feedback on both positive and areas for improvement.
- Adhere strictly to evaluation guidelines and maintain confidentiality regarding your role and findings.

- Exceptional attention to detail and strong observational skills.
- Ability to provide objective and unbiased feedback.
- Excellent written communication skills for detailed report submission.
- Reliable and punctual with strong time management skills.
