Job Description
We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our remote team as a Customer Support Live Chat Agent. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for motivated candidates, even if you have no prior experience in customer service. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through live chat, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner through live chat to resolve inquiries and provide support.
- Effectively identify customer needs and provide accurate information, solutions, and guidance.
- Navigate multiple systems and tools to research answers and assist customers efficiently.
- Escalate complex issues to senior support or relevant departments when necessary.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure consistent service delivery.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and contribute to team goals.
Required Skills
- Excellent written communication skills with strong grammar and spelling.
- Ability to type quickly and accurately (minimum 40 WPM).
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a knack for critical thinking.
- High level of empathy and patience when interacting with customers.
- Basic computer proficiency and comfort using multiple applications simultaneously.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated home workspace.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.

- Familiarity with online chat platforms or previous experience in a customer-facing role (even volunteer or informal).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
