Job Description
We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and analytical Web Navigation Labeler with a strong UX Research Focus to join our remote team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for meticulously analyzing, categorizing, and labeling web navigation elements to enhance user experience and search algorithm performance. Your work will directly impact the usability and discoverability of information across Google’s vast ecosystem, providing valuable data insights for our UX research and product development teams. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge technology from anywhere.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately label and categorize various web navigation components, including links, menus, buttons, and other interactive elements, according to established guidelines.
- Analyze website structures and user flows to identify patterns, potential usability issues, and opportunities for improvement in navigation.
- Provide qualitative feedback and insights on labeling guidelines, tool functionality, and challenging scenarios to improve processes and documentation.
- Collaborate with UX researchers and product managers to understand project goals and contribute to the refinement of navigation labeling schemas.
- Maintain high levels of productivity and quality while working independently in a remote environment.
- Participate in training sessions and calibration exercises to ensure consistency and accuracy in labeling across the team.
Required Skills

- Excellent understanding of web navigation principles and user interface elements.
