Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the creation, modification, and deletion of Google Workspace user accounts and groups.

- Help troubleshoot and resolve basic Google Workspace-related issues, escalating complex problems to senior administrators.
- Participate in the configuration and maintenance of Google Workspace settings, policies, and security controls.

- Document procedures, best practices, and resolutions to common issues for knowledge base improvement.
- Learn and apply business standards for IT service delivery and Google Workspace management.
