Job Description

Join FedEx Express as a Warehouse Aide in our Green Bay facility, where you’ll contribute to our efficient logistics operations in a meticulously maintained, clean indoor environment. Key Responsibilities

  • Efficiently load and unload packages and freight from vehicles and conveyor belts.
  • Sort packages according to destination, ensuring proper handling and placement.
  • Scan and track packages using handheld devices.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all company safety protocols.
  • Operate various types of warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks) as needed, following proper training.
  • Assist with inventory management and quality control processes.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
  • Perform other general warehouse duties as assigned.

Required Skills

  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs (22.7 kg) regularly, and up to 75 lbs (34 kg) occasionally with assistance.
  • Basic literacy and numeracy skills for reading labels and sorting packages.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Commitment to safety procedures and practices.

Preferred Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or similar physical labor role.
  • Experience operating warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts) – training will be provided if needed.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
