Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Apple Career Development Aide with an HR Tech focus to join our remote team. This is an entry-level opportunity designed for individuals passionate about leveraging technology to enhance employee growth and development. You will play a crucial role in supporting the administration and optimization of our HR technology platforms specifically related to career pathing, learning management, and performance management. This position offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic HR Tech environment at one of the world’s most innovative companies, while working 100% remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the day-to-day administration of HR technology platforms, including data entry, system updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support the creation and maintenance of career development resources, training modules, and performance review cycles within HR systems.
- Generate reports and analyze data related to employee training completion, career progression, and skill development.
- Collaborate with HR Tech specialists and HR business partners to ensure data integrity and system efficiency.
- Provide technical assistance and support to employees regarding career development tools and resources.
- Document HR Tech processes and create user guides for internal stakeholders.
- Participate in testing new HR technology features and enhancements.
- Maintain confidentiality of all sensitive employee and company information.
Required Skills
- Strong interest in Human Resources and Technology.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Basic understanding of data analysis concepts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Prior experience or coursework related to HR Information Systems (HRIS) or Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Familiarity with project management principles.
- Experience working in a remote environment.
