Job Description

Are you a data-driven individual with a passion for digital marketing and a keen interest in Google platforms? Publicis Sapient is looking for a Junior Google Marketer to join our dynamic Digital Performance team. This entry-level role is perfect for someone eager to launch their career in performance marketing, with a focus on Google Ads and Analytics. You will work closely with senior marketers to execute, monitor, and optimize Google advertising campaigns, contributing directly to our clients’ success. This is a hybrid role, offering a blend of in-office collaboration and remote work flexibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the setup, management, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, and Video networks.
  • Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform campaign strategies.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics, analyze data from Google Analytics and Google Ads, and prepare performance reports.
  • Identify trends and insights, and propose optimizations to improve campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • Support the creation of compelling ad copy and landing page recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., creative, analytics) to ensure campaign alignment and success.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Google Ads features, best practices, and industry trends.

Required Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Demonstrated interest in digital marketing and advertising.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Prior internship or project experience in digital marketing or advertising.
  • Familiarity with Google Ads and Google Analytics platforms (certifications a plus).
  • Basic understanding of SEO principles.
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Data Studio).
