Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Virtual Fitness Admin to join our remote team. This role is crucial for ensuring the smooth operation of our online class scheduling and member support. You will be responsible for managing instructor schedules, processing booking requests, resolving member inquiries, and maintaining accurate records, all from a home-based office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain instructor schedules and availability for virtual fitness classes.
  • Process member class bookings, cancellations, and modifications efficiently.
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding class schedules, technical issues, and account management via email and chat.
  • Coordinate with fitness instructors to ensure timely updates and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all booking activities and member communications.
  • Assist with troubleshooting minor technical issues related to the booking platform.
  • Generate routine reports on class attendance and booking trends.
  • Uphold Peloton's high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

Required Skills

  • Proven experience in administrative support or customer service roles.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with online scheduling software and general office applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
  • High-speed internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
