Job Description
Are you a highly organized, enthusiastic individual with a passion for creative projects and a desire to kickstart your career in production? Google is looking for an Entry Level WFH Creative Producer to join our dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with little to no prior experience to learn the ropes of creative production within a world-class organization. You will support various creative initiatives, ensuring smooth workflows and effective communication across project teams. This position is 100% remote, offering flexibility and the chance to work from anywhere in the US, with a preference for candidates in the California time zone.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist senior producers in the planning, execution, and delivery of creative projects.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and communication between creative teams, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Help manage project timelines, budgets, and resources under guidance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including briefs, reports, and status updates.
- Facilitate feedback loops and ensure clear understanding of project requirements and goals.
- Research and identify potential creative talent, tools, or resources as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Required Skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Calendar) or similar office suites.
- Demonstrated passion for creative content and media production.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new tools and processes.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Film, Media Studies, Marketing, or a related field.
- Familiarity with project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira).
- Basic understanding of creative tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
- Prior experience in a collaborative team environment (academic projects, internships).
