Key Responsibilities
- Complete comprehensive training on The Woodhouse Day Spa's signature pedicure techniques, sanitation protocols, and client service standards.
- Perform various pedicure treatments, including basic, deluxe, and specialized services, following established guidelines.
- Provide excellent customer service, ensuring each guest enjoys a relaxing and personalized experience.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation in accordance with health and safety regulations.
- Educate clients on nail care best practices and recommend appropriate retail products.
- Build rapport with clients to encourage repeat business and positive reviews.
- Assist with other spa duties as needed, contributing to the overall smooth operation of the facility.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including scheduling and dress code.
