Job Description

Are you a highly motivated and results-driven individual passionate about renewable energy? Sunrun is looking for a Renewable Energy Sales Consultant to join our dynamic team in Henderson, NV. In this role, you will be at the forefront of the clean energy revolution, educating homeowners about the benefits of solar power and designing customized energy solutions. This position offers a competitive base salary combined with an uncapped commission structure, rewarding your hard work and sales success. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-home consultations and presentations to prospective customers.
  • Educate homeowners on the benefits of solar energy and Sunrun’s products and services.
  • Design customized solar energy systems and financing options based on customer needs.
  • Generate new leads through self-sourcing, referrals, and community events.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas.
  • Maintain a strong knowledge of solar technology, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track progress, and report sales activities.
  • Collaborate with installation and project management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to close sales and achieve targets (or strong aptitude for sales).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
