Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as Admin Support. This role is unique as it places a strong emphasis on comprehensive training in CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems and database management. You will learn to leverage these critical tools to support various business functions, ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Participate actively in all provided training sessions on CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics) and database management best practices.
- Perform data entry, updates, and maintenance within CRM and other organizational databases, ensuring high levels of accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports and extract data from CRM and databases as requested by various departments.
- Provide administrative support to multiple teams, including scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation.
- Assist in the organization and archival of digital and physical records.
- Learn and apply company policies and procedures related to data handling and privacy.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve data management workflows.
- Respond to internal inquiries regarding data status or system usage after appropriate training.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
- Proactive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Prior experience in an administrative support role.
- Basic understanding of database concepts or a strong interest in data management.
- Familiarity with any CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus, but not required.
