Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sales Support Specialist with a strong focus on Lead Management to join our remote team. In this role, you will be crucial in supporting our sales initiatives, ensuring a seamless lead lifecycle from qualification to conversion. You will work closely with the sales team to manage the lead pipeline, maintain CRM accuracy, and generate essential reports, directly contributing to our revenue goals. This is a 100% remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from anywhere in the USA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify inbound leads through comprehensive research and outreach, determining their potential fit for Concentrix services.
  • Manage and update client information, lead statuses, and sales activities within our CRM system (Salesforce proficiency is highly valued).
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule meetings, prepare presentations, and provide necessary support during the sales cycle.
  • Generate regular reports on lead performance, pipeline status, and sales forecasts to inform strategic decisions.
  • Assist in developing and optimizing lead nurturing campaigns and follow-up processes.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and maintain data integrity across all sales and lead management platforms.
  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed, including correspondence and scheduling.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a sales support, lead generation, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is essential.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a strong customer-centric approach.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret lead data and generate actionable insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Customer Experience (CX) industry.
  • Familiarity with sales methodologies and lead qualification frameworks.
