Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to join our team as an Entry-Level Law Firm Receptionist in our Westminster office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career who is eager to learn and grow within a prestigious legal environment. You will be the first point of contact for clients and visitors, playing a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, a proactive attitude, and a commitment to delivering outstanding administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries.
- Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
- Schedule and coordinate meeting rooms, ensuring they are set up as required.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and scanning documents.
- Support office management with various ad-hoc projects as needed.
- Uphold confidentiality and discretion in all interactions and tasks.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
