Job Description

Are you passionate about travel, keen on details, and possess a discerning eye for luxury hospitality? Omni Hotels & Resorts is seeking a discerning individual to join our team as a Resort Mystery Guest for the summer season. This unique, all-expenses-paid role involves discreetly evaluating the quality of our resort services, amenities, and overall guest experience across various Omni properties. You will travel, stay, and interact with our resorts as a regular guest, providing unbiased, detailed feedback critical to maintaining our high standards of excellence. This is a temporary, seasonal position offering a unique opportunity to contribute directly to the enhancement of our guest experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Travel discreetly to assigned Omni Hotels & Resorts properties across various locations.
  • Engage with and evaluate various resort services including check-in/check-out, dining, spa, recreation, and concierge.
  • Observe and critically assess all aspects of the guest experience, from cleanliness and service quality to ambiance and staff professionalism.
  • Document observations and experiences thoroughly and objectively using digital tools.
  • Prepare comprehensive and detailed written reports on findings, including specific examples and constructive feedback, within specified deadlines.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding assignments, observations, and company proprietary information.
  • Adhere to all guidelines and instructions provided for each evaluation visit.
  • Represent the company's commitment to quality by identifying areas for improvement and excellence.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional observational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills for comprehensive and clear report generation.
  • Ability to remain discreet, objective, and unbiased in various situations.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for documentation and reporting.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent time management and organizational abilities to meet deadlines.
  • A genuine passion for luxury travel, hospitality, and customer service excellence.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, quality assurance, or mystery shopping roles.
  • Familiarity with luxury hotel brands and high-end service expectations.
  • Ability to travel extensively for the duration of the summer season (typically 3 months).
  • Adaptability to diverse environments and service styles.
