Job Description
We are seeking a highly polished and professional Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our discerning clientele in our Luxury Division. This role is crucial in creating an exceptional first impression and ensuring a seamless, high-end experience from the moment clients walk through our doors or contact us. The ideal candidate will embody luxury brand values, possess impeccable communication skills, and maintain an organized and welcoming reception area.
Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet and welcome all clients and visitors with professionalism and discretion, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them appropriately and providing information with a clear, articulate, and friendly tone.
- Maintain the cleanliness and aesthetic appeal of the reception area, lobby, and common client waiting spaces.
- Schedule and confirm appointments for sales, service, and management teams.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and deliveries.
- Assist with various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and preparing documents.
- Coordinate refreshments for clients in waiting areas as needed.
- Act as a liaison between clients and various departments, ensuring efficient communication and problem resolution.
- Uphold the brand's image and standards of excellence in all interactions and tasks.
