Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to join our team as a Customer Liaison. In this vital role, you will be the direct point of contact for Netflix members, providing exceptional support and ensuring a seamless entertainment experience. Key Responsibilities

  • Provide world-class customer support via phone, email, and chat, addressing member inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Troubleshoot technical problems related to streaming, account access, billing, and device compatibility.
  • Educate members on Netflix features, plans, and content, enhancing their overall enjoyment.
  • Document all customer interactions accurately and thoroughly in our CRM system.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate internal teams for resolution.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.

Required Skills

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated empathy and patience in customer interactions.
  • Proficiency in using computer systems and navigating various software applications.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in tech or entertainment.
  • Familiarity with streaming services and digital entertainment platforms.
  • A passion for movies, TV shows, and games.
  • Ability to speak multiple languages.
