Job Description

Fabutan Sun Tan Studios in Edmonton is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Tanning Consultants to join our dynamic team. This is a perfect role for someone who is eager to learn, enjoys helping others, and thrives in a no-stress, flexible environment. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training! Key Responsibilities
- Warmly greet clients, answer questions about services, and assist with product selection.
- Educate clients on safe tanning practices and the benefits of our various services.
- Operate tanning equipment safely and efficiently, ensuring client comfort.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of tanning rooms and common areas.
- Process transactions accurately and handle cash and credit card payments.
- Schedule appointments and manage client records with attention to detail.
- Actively promote membership packages and retail products.
- Contribute to a positive and friendly atmosphere for all clients and team members.
Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and a desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer proficiency for scheduling and point-of-sale systems.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
