Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Operations Aide to join our remote team. This is a work-from-home position open to candidates across all regions of North America, with administrative oversight based out of our Phoenix, AZ operational hub. As an Operations Aide, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to various departments, ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of day-to-day tasks. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of operational excellence and supporting our diverse customer engagement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of reports, presentations, and other operational documents.
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and filing systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for operations management.
  • Process and track operational requests, ensuring timely completion and follow-up.
  • Support data entry and verification tasks to uphold data integrity.
  • Assist with onboarding and training materials for new team members.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to gather information and ensure smooth workflows.
  • Handle general administrative duties as assigned to support operational objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of administrative processes.

  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational support role.
