Job Description
Join Target as a Part-time Weekend Inventory Clerk and play a crucial role in maintaining accurate stock levels and supporting our retail operations. Key Responsibilities
- Perform accurate cycle counts and inventory reconciliations to ensure data integrity.

- Organize and maintain the backroom and sales floor inventory areas, promoting a tidy and safe workspace.
- Assist with processing returns and damaged goods according to company procedures.
- Operate equipment such as pallet jacks or balers safely, with provided training.
- Support the retail team with various operational tasks as needed, contributing to overall store success.
- Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and inventory control procedures.
Required Skills
- Attention to detail and high accuracy in tasks.
- Ability to lift and move merchandise up to 40 lbs frequently.
- Basic math and computer literacy for inventory tracking.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for weekend shifts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a retail or inventory management role.
