Key Responsibilities
- Assist guests with locating products, answering questions, and providing friendly, helpful service.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of sale, handling cash and card payments.
- Help with stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and maintaining a clean, attractive, and orderly sales floor.
- Support inventory management by assisting with product counts, restocking, and preparing new arrivals.
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a secure environment for guests and team members.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and leaders to ensure a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience for all guests.
Required Skills
- Must be 16 years of age or older at the time of application.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- Ability to work a flexible weekend schedule (e.g., Saturday and/or Sunday shifts) consistently.
- Enthusiastic and positive attitude with a strong desire to learn and contribute.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk long distances, and lift up to 25 lbs independently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous volunteer experience or active involvement in school activities or community groups.
- A strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced retail environment.
- Reliable transportation to and from the store location, especially during weekend hours.
