Key Responsibilities
- Accurately picking, packing, and shipping customer orders according to quality standards.
- Receiving and stowing products in designated locations using handheld scanners.
- Operating basic warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks and pallet jacks, after proper training and certification.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and OSHA regulations.
- Following all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure workplace for yourself and your team.
- Collaborating effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily productivity goals and operational targets.
- Adhering to quality control standards to ensure the correct products are delivered to customers on time.
- Performing other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
Required Skills
- Must be 17 years old at the time of application.
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and written instructions in English.
- Basic math skills for counting and inventory tasks.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift, bend, and reach for extended periods.
- Ability to safely lift and move packages weighing up to 49 pounds.
- Possess a strong work ethic, reliability, and punctuality.
