Job Description
Are you seeking an exciting opportunity to enter the luxury transportation industry? Columbia River Executive Transport is looking for a Professional Black Car Aide to join our growing team. No prior experience is required – we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success. This entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are reliable, possess excellent customer service skills, and are eager to learn and grow within a high-end service environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our professional chauffeurs and ensuring our clients receive a seamless and premium experience from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist chauffeurs with luggage handling and client boarding/alighting.
- Ensure vehicle interiors are meticulously clean, stocked, and prepared before and after each trip.
- Monitor vehicle amenities (water, snacks, reading material) and replenish as needed.
- Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections for cleanliness and client comfort items.
- Assist clients with any immediate needs or requests during their journey.
- Maintain a professional and discreet demeanor at all times.
- Communicate effectively with chauffeurs and dispatch regarding trip status and client requirements.
- Adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
