Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Remote Google Inbox Handler to join our dynamic team. This is a 100% remote position focused exclusively on written communication and administrative support for various Google-related projects and platforms. You will be responsible for managing and processing a high volume of email inquiries, requests, and data points within Google Workspace environments, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established protocols. This role requires exceptional written communication skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced virtual setting, with no phone interactions required.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently manage and triage incoming emails and inquiries within designated Google inboxes.
- Categorize, tag, and organize emails to ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Draft clear, concise, and professional written responses to various stakeholders based on established guidelines and templates.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams or personnel when necessary, documenting all actions taken.
- Maintain accurate records of all inbox activities and communications.
- Identify and suggest improvements to existing inbox management processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security protocols in all communications.
Required Skills
- Proven experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Calendar).
- Exceptional written communication and grammar skills.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and web navigation.
- Ability to process information quickly and accurately.
