Job Description

In this role, you will be at the forefront of content quality assurance, watching movies and TV shows to provide critical feedback and grading based on specific guidelines. Key Responsibilities
- Watch and critically evaluate a variety of movies, TV shows, and other digital content on the Netflix platform.
- Grade content based on predefined criteria, including but not limited to narrative coherence, technical quality, cultural appropriateness, and target audience appeal.
- Provide detailed, objective, and constructive written feedback on reviewed content, highlighting strengths, weaknesses, and potential areas for improvement.
- Ensure all reviews are completed accurately and submitted within specified deadlines.
- Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all content and project details.
- Participate in calibration sessions and training to ensure consistency in grading and feedback.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to refine review processes and standards.
Required Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Demonstrated passion for film, television, and digital media.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and web navigation.
