Job Description
As an Order Packer – High Speed, Fun Culture, you will play a crucial role in our fulfillment center, responsible for accurately and efficiently packing customer orders. This is a dynamic, fast-paced environment where your attention to detail and ability to work quickly are highly valued. Key Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders according to quality and speed standards.
- Utilize handheld scanners to ensure correct item selection and inventory tracking.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures, including proper lifting techniques.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or issues with products or orders to ensure accuracy.
- Operate powered industrial trucks (PIT) if certified and required for specific tasks within the facility.
Required Skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Ability to stand, walk, lift (up to 49 lbs), and bend for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy for using scanning equipment and internal systems.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines.
- Commitment to safety protocols and a safe working environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics environment.
- Experience with RF scanners or other inventory management systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
