Job Description

Rackspace Technology is seeking enthusiastic and curious individuals for our Junior Prompt Engineer position. This role is perfect for freshers with no prior experience in AI or prompt engineering. You will work alongside experienced AI specialists, contributing to cutting-edge projects that leverage generative AI to solve complex business challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in an intensive paid training program focused on prompt engineering methodologies, AI fundamentals, and Rackspace-specific tools.
- Develop, test, and iterate on prompts for various large language models (LLMs) to achieve desired outcomes and improve AI system accuracy.
- Collaborate with senior prompt engineers and data scientists to understand project requirements and translate them into effective prompt strategies.
- Analyze and evaluate AI model outputs, identifying areas for improvement in prompt design and system performance.
- Document prompt designs, testing procedures, and best practices to contribute to a growing knowledge base.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, natural language processing, and prompt engineering techniques.
- Assist in the deployment and monitoring of AI solutions, ensuring robust and ethical performance.
