Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Pinterest Operations Aide, working remotely from any region to support the efficient functioning of our operations related to the Pinterest platform. In this crucial role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks including content moderation, user support, data entry, and ensuring compliance with platform guidelines. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and moderate user-generated content on Pinterest according to established guidelines and policies to ensure a safe and positive platform experience.
  • Provide timely and effective support for user inquiries and issues related to content, accounts, and platform features.
  • Perform accurate data entry and maintain comprehensive records of operational activities and moderation decisions.
  • Identify and escalate complex issues or emerging trends to senior team members for further investigation and resolution.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of operational processes, tools, and documentation.
  • Adhere strictly to all confidentiality and data privacy protocols while handling sensitive user information.
