Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Salt Room Attendant to join our modern wellness team at The Westin Savannah Harbor Golf Resort & Spa. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for maintaining the tranquility and pristine condition of our salt therapy rooms, ensuring a serene and therapeutic experience for all guests. Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and orient guests to the salt room experience, explaining benefits and protocols.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the salt therapy rooms, including walls, floors, and equipment, adhering to strict hygiene standards.
  • Monitor salt room environment, ensuring optimal temperature, humidity, and salt concentration levels.
  • Assist guests with any inquiries or special requests, providing a high level of personalized service.
  • Educate guests on the benefits of halotherapy and other spa services offered.
  • Manage scheduling and flow of guests in and out of the salt rooms.
  • Replenish supplies as needed and report any maintenance issues promptly.
  • Process payments and manage bookings accurately using spa software.
