Job Description
As a Remote Logistics Tally Clerk, you will play a crucial role in our global supply chain by accurately monitoring and verifying shipment data online. This 100% remote position requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently to ensure the integrity of our logistics information. You will be responsible for reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment details, identifying discrepancies, and maintaining precise records within our online systems, contributing directly to the smooth flow of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor real-time shipment statuses and data across various online logistics platforms.
- Verify the accuracy of shipping documentation, including bills of lading, manifests, and invoices, against system records.
- Identify and report any discrepancies, missing information, or data inconsistencies promptly.
- Maintain precise and up-to-date records of all monitored shipments in the designated online databases.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams, carriers, and warehouse personnel to resolve data-related issues.
- Generate routine reports on shipment accuracy and processing efficiency.
- Utilize various logistics software and web applications for data entry, tracking, and analysis.
- Adhere to company protocols and industry best practices for data handling and security.
Required Skills

- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and web browsers.
