Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Overnight Sitter to provide watchful presence and light support in a safe and quiet home environment. This unique role is ideal for individuals who are responsible, self-disciplined, and seeking an opportunity to utilize overnight hours productively. The primary responsibility is to be present and available to assist the client as needed, while also having ample opportunity for remote study, reading, or quiet personal activities. This is an excellent opportunity for students or individuals looking for quiet, part-time overnight work.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a consistent and reassuring presence during overnight hours.
- Be awake and attentive to client's needs, responding promptly to requests or emergent situations.
- Assist with minimal personal care tasks as required (e.g., escorting to the restroom, fetching water).
- Ensure the client's safety and well-being throughout the night.
- Maintain a quiet and peaceful environment conducive to rest.
- Document any significant observations or incidents accurately.
- Engage in personal remote study or quiet activities during non-active periods.
