Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Shopify Specialist with a strong focus on Retargeting and Meta Ads to join our growing digital marketing team. In this hybrid role, you will be instrumental in developing, executing, and optimizing high-performance retargeting campaigns across Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram) for our Shopify e-commerce clients. You will leverage your expertise in paid social media, audience segmentation, and performance analysis to maximize ROI, drive conversions, and enhance customer lifetime value. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive retargeting and Meta Ads strategies for multiple Shopify e-commerce clients.
- Conduct in-depth audience research and segmentation to create highly targeted ad campaigns.
- Design, A/B test, and optimize ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve campaign performance and conversion rates.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key campaign metrics (ROAS, CPA, CTR, etc.) using Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics.
- Manage campaign budgets effectively to ensure optimal spend and maximize client ROI.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams (creative, development) to ensure alignment and consistent brand messaging.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, best practices, and algorithm changes in Meta Ads and e-commerce.
- Provide strategic recommendations for improving overall digital marketing performance beyond retargeting.
- Assist in developing client presentations and performance reviews.
Required Skills
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) campaigns, with a strong emphasis on retargeting.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results and achieving ROAS targets for e-commerce businesses.
- In-depth knowledge of the Shopify platform and its integration with marketing tools.
- Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, Facebook Pixel implementation, and conversion API.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining complex strategies clearly to clients.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and other web analytics tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Meta Blueprint certification.
- Experience with other paid advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, TikTok Ads).
- Understanding of email marketing and SMS marketing automation in a Shopify context.
- Experience with A/B testing platforms and methodologies.
- Fluency in French (for interactions with local clients/teams).
