Key Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, including deposits, withdrawals, payments, and cashing checks.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer by adhering to established procedures and policies.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate Wells Fargo products and services.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and a commitment to satisfaction.
- Adhere to all bank policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
- Promote a positive and friendly environment for customers and colleagues.
- Educate customers on self-service banking options and digital tools.
Required Skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash and transactions.

- Basic computer proficiency and comfort with technology.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
