Job Description

You will be responsible for ensuring the precise tracking, organization, and management of inventory within our New Port Richey facility. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Manage inbound and outbound inventory processes, including receiving, stocking, and picking.
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and update stock levels.
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials within the warehouse.
- Report any inventory variances or issues to the supervisor promptly.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Required Skills
- Proven ability to perform highly accurate data entry and record-keeping.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer proficiency, including experience with inventory software or similar systems.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or inventory management role.
- Familiarity with FedEx operational procedures.
- Experience operating forklifts or other warehouse equipment (certification a plus).
- Associate's degree or relevant vocational training.
