Job Description

Appen is seeking diligent and detail-oriented individuals for the role of Website Content Classifier. This is a 100% remote position where you will be responsible for evaluating and categorizing various types of website content according to specific guidelines. Your work will directly contribute to improving search engine relevance, content discovery, and overall user experience for our clients. This role requires a strong internet connection, a reliable computer, and excellent analytical skills. No prior experience in content classification is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and classify website content (text, images, videos) based on predefined guidelines and criteria.
  • Ensure high levels of accuracy and consistency in all classifications.
  • Provide constructive feedback on guidelines to help improve the classification process.
  • Adhere to strict quality standards and project deadlines.
  • Maintain confidentiality and data security protocols for all project materials.
  • Participate in calibration sessions and ongoing training to stay updated on project requirements.
