Job Description
Are you detail-oriented, observant, and passionate about improving customer experiences? Ipsos is seeking a dedicated Full-Time Mystery Shopping Aide to join our team in Savannah, GA. This crucial role involves evaluating service quality, product availability, and overall customer satisfaction across various businesses. You will play a vital part in providing invaluable data that helps our clients enhance their operations and customer service standards. Key Responsibilities
- Conduct mystery shopping visits to assigned businesses, following detailed guidelines and scenarios.
- Accurately observe and record specific details related to customer service, product presentation, store cleanliness, and employee interactions.
- Complete detailed online reports immediately after each shop, ensuring all required information is submitted accurately and on time.
- Adhere strictly to all project instructions, ethical guidelines, and confidentiality agreements.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with project coordinators regarding assignments and any issues encountered.
- Manage time effectively to meet deadlines for shop completion and report submission.
- Provide constructive and objective feedback based on observations, contributing to actionable insights for clients.
