Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and organized Part-Time Dance Studio Receptionist to join our administrative team. This role is ideal for theater students or individuals seeking flexible hours, offering an excellent opportunity to gain administrative experience within a bustling arts environment. You will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors, playing a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome students, parents, and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage inquiries regarding classes, schedules, and events.
  • Assist with student registration, class sign-ups, and payment processing.
  • Maintain an organized and tidy reception area and studio common spaces.
  • Manage scheduling for studio rentals and private lessons.
  • Provide basic administrative support, including data entry and filing.
  • Communicate important updates and announcements to students and parents.
  • Handle cash and card transactions accurately and securely.
