Key Responsibilities
- Assist freight forwarding teams with documentation, data entry, and file management.
- Communicate effectively with clients, carriers, and internal departments under supervision.
- Track and trace shipments, providing updates as required.
- Prepare customs declarations and other shipping documents accurately.
- Support with invoicing and administrative tasks.
- Learn and adhere to all company policies, procedures, and international trade regulations.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative office environment.

Required Skills
