Job Description

Are you eager to jump into the vibrant world of hospitality? Earls Kitchen + Bar in Red Deer is looking for enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Bar and Waiting Staff. No prior experience is required – we believe in training the right people with the right attitude! This is a fantastic opportunity for those who love working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy interacting with people, and are keen to learn the ins and outs of a successful restaurant and bar operation. We offer flexible shifts to accommodate your schedule and ensure tips are paid weekly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring all guests have an enjoyable dining experience.
  • Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
  • Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
  • Clear tables and reset them for new guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and bar.
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required.
  • Learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members.

Required Skills

  • No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (training will be provided).
